Can you notify me directly when more dolls are available?
We would love to contact each individual person directly with the latest dolls listed and new items that are available, but honestly we are not able to do that in a fair and timely manner. We receive many emails each day with this same request and it isn't possible to email so many people individually. So to keep updated on the latest BbB news, please follow us through our Newsletter, Twitter or Facebook.
Is there a waiting list?
We do not have a waiting list and dolls are sold on a first come first serve basis.
When will I receive my scripture patch confirmation? Scripture patch confirmations are sent out typically within a few days of your order M-F. We ask for your understanding around weekends, holiday's and special shopping carts! Scripture patch confirmations are to double check for grammatical errors only. Any changes from your order will have an extra charge. Once we receive your confirmation you will be added into the line-up. If we have not heard back from you within 30 days, we will automatically refund your order. Thank you so much for understanding this!
Where do we send our pictures?
We LOVE pictures and need to freshen up our photo album here on the site. If you would like to send us your pictures, please email them directly to babybeblessed@gmail.com .

With most of us being stay-at-home Mommies, I'm sure you understand that our children our are first and foremost ministry. We make dolls in and around our family and children. We do not manufacture dolls, they are individually handmade with love and care. We add them as regularly as we can though we don't have a set day that we list items.

We Recommend
To keep your doll in top notch condition that you spot wash only.
Machine Washing
*Many have cleaned their doll by machine washing. If you choose this method, please wash on the gentlest cycle with the doll in a pillowcase.
*Another option is to handwash your doll and then put it in the washing machine on a slow spin.
Either way, they will be nearly dry so just hang them over a hanger or clothes line overnight to dry.
PLEASE NOTE:
As with any handmade item, the more you wash and the more love it gets the more worn it may look. Yarn and hair may get bunchy and the scripture patch may fade.
What are your shipping methods? TOP
Shipping
STANDARD SHIPPING: When shipping within the US, we ship all of our dolls Priority Mail. USPS states that your packages will reach their destination in 2-3 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: When shipping International, we ship all of our dolls Priority Mail International. The delivery time will depend on where you are located. We will invoice the additional International shipping charges before your doll is shipped.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: We will work with you on Express Mail Overnight Guaranteed if it is available.
Again, Express orders will have additional shipping charges which will be invoiced before shipment.
SHIPPING DISCLOSURE:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your original order. Baby be Blessed will not be responsible for incorrect address. Once it leaves our hands we are not responsible what happens through the United States Postal Service. We can not guarantee the condition of your package or the delivery time of your package. If you would like to purchase USPS insurance, please let us know when you place your order and we will send you an additional invoice.
What is your return policy? TOP
Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to make you the very best handmade doll! We make each doll individually and desire to ship you the highest quality product!
But, if for any reason you are not happy with your doll please contact us!
Let us know about your problem within 5 days of receiving your order.
Finished dolls may be sent back for a full refund. The only condition is that the item needs to be returned to us in the exact mannor in which you received it. It can not be damaged from child's play, improper washing or smell like smoke.
Personalized dolls may only be returned due to a quality issue. We do our best to meet fabric requests but will not accept returns based on "not liking the outfit fabrics".
Make sure you check over your doll carefully when you recieve it!
